Sherwood Forest Mobile Home Park
A 55+ Senior Community

  • Who may reside at Sherwood Forest Mobile Home Park? - We are a senior community. Residents must be age 55 or older and approved by the park before purchasing or moving into a home.
  • What does the approval process consist of? - You must complete and submit an application, pass a background and credit check (a fee of $35.00 per person), and be granted the park owners approval. 
  • Do you allow pets? - Pets are allowed based on size and weight restrictions. All pets must be accompanied at all times. Dogs MUST be on a leash, and all pet waste is the responsibility of the pet owner. 
  • What are the monthly associated costs for space rental? - All tenants pay rent, water, gas/electric, and garbage. The gas is sub-metered and included on your monthly statement. 
  • Do we have RV parking? - RV parking is available for an additional monthly fee.
  • Is there adequate garbage disposal? - The park has a weekly garbage pick up. Each unit is provided with three bins. A garbage bin, a recycle bin, and a yard waste bin. The garbage bin is picked up each week and the recycle and yard waste bins alternate weeks. Garbage pick up occurs on Thursdays. We also have a dumpster for tenant use. 
  • What safety features are offered? - We provide limited access points to the park, including a gate that is monitored and locked at night. The main entrance and the office utilize multiple security cameras. On site management for emergencies. We also have an active "Neighborhood Watch" program in place.
  • Are there any park specific community events? - Each week, on Wednesday afternoons, the park community get together in the Clubhouse to play Bingo and socialize. We also have occasional park hosted events, including a park-only rummage sale.
